Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
1. Assist line manager with coordination and management of day-to-day business operations, requiring interface with relevant GSK China/HK departments.
2. Provide efficient and professional administrative support to Superior.
l Arrange appointments to ensure effective time management for Superior
l Make travel and accommodation arrangements and execute timely and accurate expense reporting for Superior
l Provide excellent translation and interpretation in daily operations
l Co-ordinate the planning and implementation of meeting timetable, participating and taking minutes as appropriate
l Maintain an efficient filing system
3. Assist and support superior in all communications as appropriate and in the production of written communications, reports, speeches and presentations.
4. Handle some simple business task as assigned from time to time.
5. Perform 'ad hoc' tasks as required.
6. Comply with GSK Global Quality Policy (GQP) and Global Quality Guideline (GQG).
7. Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the superior.
8. Arrange team regular meetings and provide logistic supports
9. Maintain/Support team projects related purchase orders
Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

- BA/BS or above
- Fluent in English both verbal and written required
- Mature in thinking and able to work independently
- Good planning and co-ordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Significant experience and fluency in Microsoft software
- High sense of confidentiality and responsibility, confident and proactively
