Plan and conduct FSW trials according to experimental plans prepared together with scientists and demonstrate a positive team-working attitude on a consistent basis.

Take high ownership of assigned activities, independently design, plan and implement laboratory studies, data analysis and interpretation.

Develop and optimize methods to improve efficiency to achieve high quality results in innovative ways.

Implement/maintain company policies, principles and QMS

Master degree in related science field (e.g. biology chemical, engineering)

Proven lab skills and efficiency in carrying out experiments with high teamwork spirit.

Good communication skills including fluent English speaking & writing.

Having experiences on data treatment with SAS JMP/Excel etc will be preferred.
