[6 months, 4-5 days/week] Name of Project: Procurement Objectives: - Assist in building proof of concepts for different GenAI usage scenarios. Main Tasks: - Responsible for the development and delivery of AI product requirements for capacity management and PPAP management - Responsible for the architecture design and research implementation of large model application platforms - Explore the application of large models in document understanding, multi-round dialogue, and knowledge reasoning tasks, promoting innovative applications of models in capacity and supply chain scenarios - Involve in team training program, choosing a topic freely within provided scope and giving a formal training for the whole team - Training of Power BI tooling for team - Supporting in team admin works (e.g., year-end workshop, Christmas workshop, Team building) - Maintain tooling info for each supplier for special engine project - Support in quotation matrix creation and analysis - Price check for import MB DB parts - Arrange workshop with supplier & other relevant counterparts Learning Opportunities: - Gain hands-on experience with AI and database management - Understand supply chain dynamics and supplier risk management - Work on real-world projects, boosting problem-solving and analytical abilities - Valuable experience that can lead to future opportunities within MB or the broader industry Key Qualifications: - Proficiency in Python - Experience in agent platform/app development, incl. understanding of RAG, agent mechanisms, and familiarity with open-source technologies like Langchain, Dify, MCP, AnythingLLM - Familiarity with GenAI app frameworks, low/no-code tools for GenAI app, GenAI serving frameworks, Azure OpenAI, and tools for model fine-tuning - Proactive character, creative ideas generator, independent thinking, and self-motivated learning - Passion for technology and life - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
