Primary responsibilities 

-  Understand the internal outsourcing process and support Operation Manager to optimize the process related to external vendors

-  Support by Operation Manager, you need to coordinate with Node Project Managers and various internal departments (Administration department, Finance department, HR department and IT department) to provide share service to Node team.

           Like: Following-up on Vendor Reference, Testing, Contract administration, Payment administration…

*  Work with Administration Department to collect the information of Vendors and build up standard information form for each of them

*   Work with Administration Department and Finance department to follow the Contract and Payment of each Vendors, build up a report to track the status

*   Work with IT department to follow the Security Audit for each Vendors

Qualifications 

-  Can work at least 3 full days per week for 5~6 months ‘internship duration;

-  Major in business, project management or other related;

-  Master Microsoft Office suite;

-  Excellent communication skills;

-  Fluent in English;
