About this opportunity We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Third-Party Software Management Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software compliance and licensing while supporting our team in managing third-party software governance. What you will do • Maintain accurate records of third-party software components used in various projects. • Assist in reviewing software licenses under supervision to ensure compliance. • Update and organize internal tools or databases for tracking third-party software. • Prepare compliance documentation and reports to support team processes. • Collaborate with team members to perform license compliance checks during development workflows. • Contribute to routine tasks, such as reviewing open-source licensing requirements. You will bring • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Eager to learn about software licensing, compliance, and development workflows. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools. • Fluency in written English for daily work • Eager to learn, self-driven and forward-thinking as well as very good team working skills • Capability to work 4 days per week and last for 4-6 months or more for internship Preferred Skills • Familiarity with open-source licenses (e.g., MIT, GPL, Apache) is a strong plus. • Exposure to software development tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins) is an advantage.
