【Key Responsibilities】 - Competitor Deep-Dive: Analyze rival products, marketing strategies, and performance. Trend Monitoring: Report on emerging beauty trends, new launches, and strategic shifts in China. - Insight Transformation: Turn raw data into actionable reports/PPTs for R&I and Marketing teams. - Cross-team Collaboration: Build a 360° view of the competitive landscape. 【Requirements】 - Student Status: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. - Languages: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (Mandatory for reporting). - Tools: Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint. - Mindset: Strong analytical & synthesis skills; able to "connect the dots" and see the big picture.
