RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Support the process manager and process engineers in organizing and analyzing daily manufacturing data to drive informed decision-making. 协助工艺经理和工艺工程师组织和分析每日生产数据，以支持决策制定。 2. Conduct regular inspections and updates of P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) to enhance operational safety and optimize processes. 定期检查和更新P&ID（管道与仪表流程图），以提升操作安全并优化工艺流程。 3. Assist with process management, MOC, and SPI documentation to ensure process integrity and regulatory compliance. 协助工艺管理、MOC（变更管理）和工艺操作指令等文档编制，确保工艺完整性和法规合规。 REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS: 1. Undergraduate. Preferred majors: Chemistry, Materials, or Science and Engineering related fields. 本科或以上学历的在校学生，化工，高分子材料，或工程相关专业。 2. English skill: Able to read and write emails. 能够读写英文邮件。 3. Familiar with EXCEL, PPT。 熟悉excel，PPT等相关办公软件。 4. Willing to participate in process technology related work, with good communication and learning abilities. 有意愿参与工艺技术工作，具备良好的沟通能力和学习能力
