Job Description:

·       Analysis of comprehensive data and slides making

·       Support preparation of meetings, travel arrangement and workshops

·       Translation and documentation

·       Collect relevant data and info to support team work

·       Assist the conception and implementation of strategic programs

·       Cross department communication and cooperation

·       Assist team members on coordinating with other teams and departments.

Qualification Requirements:

·       Must stay student identity during whole internship

·       Able to work fulltime 5 days a week for at least 3 months;

·       Fluent spoken & written English and Mandarin;

·       Proficient in MS office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint;

·       Strong sense of responsibility;

·       Detail-oriented, proactive and fast-learner;

·       Start Date ASAP
