Job Description
•Assist Head of Operation to monitor performance of all functions by following KPI system.
•Coordinate among different functions to ensure smooth workflows.
•Involve in various operation functions’ improvement and update SOP documents.
•Help various operation functions to properly manage filing and documentation.
•Assist in new projects launching as a project manager, making sure all lines are following planned schedule and delivering expected results.
Requirements
•Degree holder or above, open to any major
•Fluent English reading and writing
•Patient and strong sense of responsibility
•Good coordination skills and problem-solving ability
•Excellent interpersonal communication skills
