Internal Communication & Employer Branding Specialist (1-Year Contractor)

Job Description:

1.       Effectively manage various communication channels and media and actively track the efficiency of them to ensure continuous improvement;

有效管理不同的沟通渠道和媒介，并确保持续优化；

2.       Independently manage the social media platforms, and in charge of the content development, copywriting, layout design and project timeline management;

独立管理社交媒体平台，负责内容创意，文案策划，排版设计和项目时间线管理；

3.       Mainly responsible for daily operation and publish management of HR Newsletter, including but not limited to content collection, layout design, proofreading, polishment and project timeline management;

负责人力资源简报的日常运营和出版管理，包括但不限于内容收集、排版设计、编辑校对和项目时间线管理；

Qualifications:

1.       Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Communication, Advertising, Philosophy or equivalent is preferred;

本科学历学位，人力资源，传播，广告，哲学或相关专业优先；

2.       About 1-2 years’ experience in copywriting, communication, employer branding or project management (open for qualified fresh graduate);

1-2年文案策划，企宣，雇主品牌和项目管理相关经验（应届毕业生也可以考虑）；

3.       Solid writing skills, both Mandarin and English;

扎实的文字功底，中英文双语；

4.       Skilled in common graphic design software;

掌握常用的平面设计类软件；

5.       Sense of beauty and humor;

美感&幽默感；

6.       Problem solving skills, as well as strong consultative and interpersonal skills
