Equipment Management and Maintenance - Support engineers in daily management, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment. - Participate in writing and updating equipment usage documentation to ensure operational compliance and safety. 3. Data Analysis and Automation - Use Power BI to create data visualizations and generate dynamic reports to support team decision-making. - Design automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline daily laboratory operations. 4. AI Technology Exploration - Participate in small-scale research projects related to Natural Language Processing (NLP), exploring AI applications in text analysis, semantic understanding, and similar scenarios. - Assist the team in identifying potential value of AI tools for laboratory data management. Key Qualifications: 1. Educational Background - Prefer majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. 2. Technical Skills - Proficient in Power BI for data visualization; familiar with Power Automate or other automation tools. - Basic understanding of AI technologies, particularly in NLP (e.g., text classification, sentiment analysis). - Foundational programming skills (Python/R is a plus). 3. Soft Skills - Strong learning agility to quickly grasp new technologies and apply them practically. - Excellent English communication skills, teamwork mindset, and attention to detail.
