Security and Risks Analyst Intern
This position is to assist Zone Security Officer. Zone Security Officer and Risk Manager is in charge of three main programs:
●Security : Protecting our people, assets and being prepared to face a security crisis
●Information Protection : Protecting our confidential information and ensuring resilience of our critical application
●Risk Management : identifying, assessing and following the mitigation of main risks
Profile :
Bachelor or Master degree in Risk Management, project management, HSE or other
related field.
Between 0 to 3 years of experience. Ok for the internship, 3 days/week as minimum for working days.
Skills and Competencies:
1. An in-depth understanding of geopolitical dynamics in an international envi
ronment, as they related to the security of AL employees, facilities, assets,
or operations throughout the APAC Zone.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Ability to effectively liaise with people coming from very different profes
sional backgrounds and levels such as business executives, engineers, law enfo
rcement, private sector Corporate Security counterparts, etc.
4. Ability to work as a transverse function
5. Ability to work with minimum supervision as well as in project mode
6. Ability to analyse and summarize complex information and to draw up reports
for top executives
7. Ability to speak workable English and good written English
Main Missions :
1. Help and assist Zone Security Officer and Risk Manager in his daily tasks
2. Follow Security Action Plan of different entities of the Zone.
3. Follow the main KPI for Security, Information Protection and Risks management in the Zone
4. Follow implementation of local BCP for critical application
5. Conduct extensive research into prevailing security, political, economic and social conditions globally, to obtain necessary information to mitigate risks to employees, assets, and operations.
6. Realize ad hoc study on specific security or risk topic
