Main Responsibilities:
1. Perform data cleansing on international shipment data by reviewing and editing the daily manifest for EU nations according to requirements of SF and partner organisations.
2. Process shipment info by reviewing original waybill and invoice documents, checking data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures.
3. Isolate incomplete entries. Conduct research online and where possible, correct non-standard entries. If further research cannot resolve the issue, work with Customer Service team to find a solution.
4. Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
5. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting necessary changes or problems in operations procedure.
6. Maintains and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
7. Contributes to team effort by undertaking any other work at the discretion of the line manager.
Requirements:
1. Current student in Bachelor Degree or above.
2. CET 4 level English ability or above (Daily work requires English communication).
3. Proficient in all common office software; eg. Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
4. Prefer to work 6 months with shift system(Monday to Saturday), about 4-6h per day and 4 days per week.
