Supporting employee contact management and Attendance management, eg, leave reports; on-boarding report, exit process
Assist data maintenance and support basic tasks
Coordinate internal activities - Other routine work assigned by HR co-workers.
Assisting on document collection and distribution,
Supporting employee personal profile management,
Other tasks from HR department.
- Undergraduates. - Available 3 days above every week. - Good team player with careful, patient and Open-minded. - Good command of English especially in reading and writing. - Familiar with MS Office software.
