1  Maintain and organize the test result and IC data , keep tract of filing and monitoring system 2  Assist department in quality improvement project and hospital infection control  program 3  Follow up employee check-up result and vaccination, updated the recording system 4  Works with the committee chair  and IC  nurse to provide all of the needed documentation 5  Add schedule into HIS or other relevant system 6  Assist with  committee chair and IC nurse administrative schedule  and meeting minutes 7  Other assigned duties as when necessary 1.维护和组织测试结果和感控数据，保存档案和监控系统 2.协助部门进行质量改进项目和医院感染控制计划 3.跟进员工体检结果和疫苗接种，更新记录系统 4.协助感控委员会主席和感控护士一起提供必要文件 5.在医嘱系统或相关系统中加入日程安排 6.协助感控委员会主席和感控护士的行政安排和会议记录 7.必要时完成其他指定的工作
