Responsibilities:
·Customer inquiries & orders management and follow up.
·Check parts availability & price and apply new parts and follow up.
·Place accurate orders in the system.
·Cooperate with sales, purchasing and warehouse department colleagues.
·Manage Customer AR and ensure a timely communicate with customer to manage the whole order process
·Responsible for customer order shipment confirmation and pick list release and invoicing.
·Responsible for some data analysis work.

Education
·Associate degree or above
Working experience
·Order management experience
Cultural/Language
·Good command of English in writing and reading
