KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support HR daily operations, especially in office HRBP and internal communications field.
Support on employee onboarding process.
Staff service certificate related.
Staff internal profiles arrangement.
Arrange the interviews with candidates for HR colleagues.
Prepare HR report and data as required.
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communications skills.
Detail-oriented and a good team-player.
Native Chinese, fluent in English speaking and writing.
Good at MS office: Excel, Word, PPT etc.
Be able to provide at least 3 months’ time as intern and can work 4-5 days per week.
