Key responsibilities for the role
1. As a creative with an eye for innovation, strong word play and skilful savvy on social, you will be the ambassador for e-Jade, and help move it forward in a meaningful way by:
2. Designing and executing the community management strategy/plan to increase followers and boost user engagement on all social platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Discord and Twitter, etc.
3. Working with the Shanghai marketing team to execute consumer-oriented tasks and develop strategies for releasing original 3D animated short videos on TikTok.
4. Managing influencers and key partners accounts for community engagement.
5. Tracking community sentiment, managing the content curation and moderation, and regularly modify/adjust plans to enhance results.
6. Responding directly to customers through community tools, forums, social media and reviews.
7. Providing regular analysis reports on social engagement and offering guidance and recommendations on how to continue driving engagement.
Key Competencies for the role
1. Relevant experience in managing a community from on outlets such as TikTok, Facebook, Discord, Twitter, and Reddit, etc.
2. Speak the language of virality and video games with equal fluency.
3. Creative thinker with wit and personality who can create original/social-only “stories” and other content for engagement to embody the right voice of the brand.
4. Excellent communication, cross-group collaboration, and planning skills.
5. Proficiency in the analytics platforms of TikTok, Facebook, Discord, Twitter and Reddit, etc.
6. Familiarity with Google Analytics and Excel and able to look at data to tell a story and pick out trends.
7. Ability to present social strategies and business results to senior leadership.
8. Avid gamer with a long history of gaming experience.
