岗位职责:
负责商户入驻流程的管理和执行,包括资质审核、合同签订、信息录入等工作。
协助商户完成产品上线前的准备工作,包括商品信息录入、店铺装修等。
跟进商户的日常运营情况,及时解决商户的问题和反馈,保持与商户的良好沟通和合作关系。
分析商户的数据和运营情况,提出改进建议,优化商户的运营效果和平台的商业模式。
协助制定商户培训计划,提供培训和支持,帮助商户提升经营管理水平。
Manage and execute the merchant onboarding process, including qualification review, contract signing, and information entry.
Assist merchants in preparing for product launch, including product information entry and store decoration.
Follow up on the daily operations of merchants, promptly address merchant issues and feedback, and maintain good communication and cooperation with merchants.
Analyze merchant data and operational situations, provide improvement suggestions, and optimize merchant operations and platform business models.
Assist in developing merchant training plans, provide training and support, and help merchants improve their management skills.
岗位要求:
英文、技术写作、计算机科学或相关领域的在校生。
对餐饮行业和技术文档编写有浓厚兴趣。
出色的英文书面和口头沟通能力,能够将技术术语转化为普通用户能理解的语言。
熟练使用文档工具如Confluence等。
能够快速学习并理解新技术和软件。
具备团队合作精神和积极主动的工作态度。
Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Proficient in documentation tools and platforms such as Confluence or similar.
Basic understanding of SaaS concepts.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
