[eBay实习] APAC Seller Risk Management-Trust Intern

 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

The APAC Seller Risk Management Intern will be responsible for supporting policy managers in analytics, reporting, research and documentation-related tasks with the focus on keeping eBay as a trusted Marketplace while minimizing losses.

 

Tasks:

·         Conduct analysis on potential Risk Indicators of GC seller portfolio

o   Deep-dive known fraud cases to identify potential useful risk indicators

o   Connect potential risk indicators with our Data Warehouse capability to explore a structural way of predicting loss exposure

·         Generate labor intensive tracking reports

o   Tracking on Top GC seller performance on RU site expansion / underwriting

o   Tracking of GC Loss rate and seller segmentation

o   Tracking on limits utilization, defect & loss performance of sellers that have passed underwriting and appeals

o   Tracking of Whitelisted Seller’s performance for Hot Items, High Risk Categories

o   Compiling/tracking CS/SRM queue volume, Seller Protection cases, and eMBG/faulty return appeals

o   Monitoring effectiveness of GC local limit enforcement models

o   Monitoring EVO Seller Workout appeal successful rate

·         Documentation/Power Point building

o   Ensure Seller Vetting Guideline is kept up-to-date and build a document that encompasses the differences between GC seller segments

o   Consolidate Green Channel (BD, TMP, Managed, Public) documentation

o   Compile ad-hoc large account reviews (ex. Breakout account)

·         Build Financial Calculator Excel Tool

o   Enhance current tool to include meaningful ratios for Commercial Underwriting

o   Increase automation capability of the tool

o   Include comprehensive definitions and knowledge source related to financial statements analysis

·         GC CS Training Materials Preparation on CUD

o   Help put together training documents (consolidation of financials & business verification, and translation) for Commercial Underwriting

·         Groundwork research on 3rd party vendors that can provide financial/business profile data for GC Commercial Underwriting

o   Identify potential vendors on internet

o   Contact vendors to investigate pricing, service spectrum, ease of use by teammates

 

Preferred background / skillsets:

·         Knowledge on financials analysis

·         Knowledge on Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint

·         Knowledge in SQL

·         Can fluently speak, read and write both Mandarin & English

·         Proactive, willing to learn & attentive to details
