Key Responsibilities

· The intern collaborates with Creative Services to collectively manage and catalog Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR) marketing assets. Serves as administrator for local & enterprise digital asset management (DAM) system. Works closely with b-roll and photography assets as it relates to acquiring content, usage rights and related metadata.

· Assisting to manage the digital and physical collection for SHDR Marketing to include production elements, video/audio media, hard-drives, scripts, documentation, etc.

· Catalog content using company and industry standards

· Serves as the expert for finding, accessing & distributing SHDR Marketing asset

Required Qualifications

· Savvy with PC and Macs and all major applications

· Skilled at working with all media (audio, video, photography, art, all creative and elements); able to digitize, transform, deliver and preserve multimedia files

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· Manages work efficiently to be able to maximize time cataloging and manage deadline requests

· Extremely detailed-oriented when cataloging

· Successfully work independently

Preferred Skills:

· Library and/or cataloging experience

· Production experience in photography, video or other multimedia profession, or a demonstrated knowledge of production.
