Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and organize monthly sales, inventory, and product performance data.
- Assist in competitor analysis by monitoring pricing and promotional activities on Tmall.
2. Process Coordination
- Learn and be responsible for a part of the internal financial payment process. This includes collecting, organizing, and verifying payment - related documents, such as invoices and contracts from suppliers or service providers.
- Follow up on order fulfillment issues (e.g., shipping delays) and communicate with suppliers or third-party partners as needed.
3. Customer Complaint Management
- Forward complex customer issues to the relevant customer service team in a timely manner, and follow up on the handling progress to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Summarize recurring complaints to identify areas for process improvement.
4. E - commerce Page Content Review
- Collaborate with the content creation and operation teams to provide feedback on content that does not meet the review standards, and assist in the modification and resubmission process.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and familiarity with Tmall or similar platforms is preferred.
- Starting immediately and last for 4-6 months
- Available time: at least 4 days every week
