Position Purpose Support APAC Aesthetics PPM & innovation Head on key initiatives through scientific intelligence gathering, academic and clinical network development, external innovation scouting, competitive landscape monitoring, and strategic project support. Key Responsibilities Scientific Intelligence & Innovation Scouting • Support literature reviews and landscape analyses on emerging technologies relevant to aesthetics, including biomaterials, regenerative medicine, tissue engineering, drug delivery systems, AI applications, and novel injectable platforms. • Track and summarize scientific publications, conference highlights, startup activities, and industry developments across APAC. • Assist in monitoring scientific and technology trends that may influence future aesthetics innovation opportunities. • Maintain organized records of relevant scientific findings and innovation intelligence. Academic, Clinical & Expert Network Building • Support the creation and maintenance of databases of key opinion leaders (KOLs), researchers, clinicians, academic institutions, and innovation hubs across APAC. • Conduct desk research to map expertise areas and identify potential academic and clinical collaborators aligned with R&D interests. • Assist with outreach preparation and coordination activities related to universities, research groups, and innovation communities. • Help maintain contact lists, profiles, and collaboration tracking records. Market & Customer Insight Generation • Conduct secondary research on physician, patient, and market insights relevant to aesthetics and emerging treatment approaches. • Support analysis of treatment paradigms, delivery technologies, and unmet clinical needs across APAC markets. • Assist in consolidating findings from multiple sources into clear summaries and presentations. Strategic Project Support • Maintain innovation databases, expert directories, and knowledge repositories to ensure information is organized and accessible. • Assist with data collection, benchmarking, and analysis activities for strategic projects. • Provide ad hoc support for innovation initiatives, exploratory research projects.
