1.Objective of the Position / 岗位目标：

Develop new product for super abrasives and provide technical support for business, application is mainly precision grinding for auto or aerospace

主要负责超硬磨具新产品开发并为业务提供技术支持， 产品应用主要为汽车行业以及航天航空行业精密磨削。

2.Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责（时间、工作内容的分配）：

1. Develop new product with collaborating with global R&D team. 与全球研发团队协作开发新产品

2. Develop and complete the performance testing system (incl. bond/formulation performance evaluation…) 为结合剂和产品性能测试体系提供技术支持

3. Technical support to local sales, production and product team which need the SGRS(TSS) contribution. 为国内生产、销售和产品团队提供技术支持

4. Cost reduction projects for all sites. 参与全球成本降低项目

3.Qualification & Skills/任职条件:

1. PhD degree in material science and engineering, major in inorganic nonmetallic materials preferred, Mechanic or chemistry background with relative work experience are also welcome. Master degree with working experience is also acceptable. 材料背景（包括陶瓷材料/玻璃 /无机非金属材料等材料学学科以及材料物理/化学/力学等学科以及材料加工等专业) 博士学历；无极非金属材料（陶瓷材料）背景优先; 机械，化工等相关专业但有相关从业经历也可考虑；有工作经验的硕士亦可接受

2. Working experience in the related fields such as diamond tools, abrasives, super hard tools, brittle and hard material (glass or sapphire, silicon, etc. ) processing, precision grinding metal metallurgy, welding preferred有相关行业或产品工作经验如陶瓷，玻璃，磨料磨具，超硬工具，硬脆性材料加工，精密磨削，焊接等优先

3. Has basic knowledge of the workflow in a manufacture plant. Basic knowledge of metalworking; basic knowledge of modern analysis methods. Skill in drawing such as Auto CAD will be a plus 了解制造类工厂运作流程；熟悉金属加工知识，现代分析手段等。若能熟练使用绘图软件如AutoCAD更佳。
