部门介绍: PDA(Portal and Data Analytics) team负责Cisco协作产品大数据分析平台的设计与建设; 并基于客户、 产品设计者、管理者、工程师团队等的不同需求，分析客户的使用、服务的质量、产品的运行情况等，为业务决策提供科学的数据分析支持。

工作职责: 跨团队合作，理解业务模型 把业务模型转换成数据模型，反之亦然 开发与优化data pipeline and data strategy 建立业务分析模型和business intelligence 利用统计学技术，解释数据，分析结果，提供分析报告 与管理团队合作确定业务和信息需求的优先级 建立相应的技术文档

职位要求:符合或者接近以下需求 基本需求 o2018或2019毕业的数学、计算机科学、软件工程、信息管理或统计相关专业研究生 o对大数据技术领域有强烈的兴趣 o良好的书面与口头英语沟通能力 技术需求 o确证的数据分析师与商业数据分析师的知识或经验 o具备数据建模，数据库设计开发，数据挖掘与分割技术的知识或经验 o具备报告创建(Business Object等)，数据库(SQL等)，编程(ETL framework, Python, or Javascript)的知识或经验 o具备统计学知识，有使用统计工具进行数据集分析的经验, 如SPSS, SAS, Excel等 o牢固的技能，有能力收集、系统化、分析、发布大量详细和准确的信息 o擅长查询数据、撰写报告和汇报调查结果

Department introduction:

PDA (Portal and Data Analytics) team is responsible for designing and building Cisco collaboration product data analytics platform. Meanwhile, based on various requirements from customer, product management, executive and engineering teams, we make usage data, quality data and operation data analytics to drive business by data science.

Responsibilities:

Work along with cross functional teams to understand business models Translate business models into data models, vice versa. Develop and optimize data pipeline and data strategy Create business analysis models and business intelligence Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide metrics reports Work with management to prioritize business and information needs Create relevant technical documents

Requirements:

Meet or be high potential for the below requirements Common requirements oMaster degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Software engineering, Information Management or Statistics oIntense interest in big data technology area. oGood written and verbal English communication skills Technical requirements oProven knowledge or experience as a data analyst or business data analyst oTechnical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques oKnowledge of or experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (Phython, Javascript, or ETL frameworks) oKnowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets, such as, SPSS, SAS, Excel, etc oStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy oAdept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
