Job description:
• Support Asian-Pacific logistics projects and maintain/update warehouse data of them. 跟进、⽀持亚太区物流项目的开展并定时维护、更新项目数据库。 • Warehouse cost and stock consolidation and monthly cost and stock trend analysis. 对仓库成本, 库存进⾏⽉度跟踪、分析并形成报告。 • Invoice application preparation, tracking and monitoring. 客户发票的数据准备和跟踪。 • Analyze the related warehouse data and assist to draw PPT slides/VISIO flowcharts. 数据分析,制作汇报PPT以及VISIO流程图。 • Check monthly warehouse invoices in the part of Asian-Pacific warehouses and communicate with warehouses planners. 亚太地区部分仓库⽉度账单核对并与相应仓库计划员协调沟通。 • Other temporary tasks from different warehouse project managers. 其他仓库项目经理安排的临时⼯作。
Required knowledge competencies and attributes:
• Availability of at least 4 days/week for about 6 months. (ASAP) • Strong Microsoft Office skills (good at Excel is a MUST; VBA knowledge and basic Visio skills are preferred) • Excellent communication capability and logical thinking. • Fluent in oral and written English. • Strong interest in logistics and supply chain management.
