职位描述：

Job title —Commercial Operations Intern 商务运营实习生

岗位职责Responsibilities:

To work as part of a team, provide end-to-end support for internal and external customers.

To handle customer inquiries, work out quotes and manage related supporting documents

To handle customer orders in ERP, coordinate with internal cross-functions and external partners to fulfill till shipment arrangement and sales confirmed.

To coordinate with PSO to handle customer complaints

To support daily project implementation and follow up the status

To keep good relationship and communication with cross functions

任职要求Requirements:

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-High level of ownership and responsibility

-Able to work under pressure
