JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our APAC HR Team. This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate looking to build a foundation in all facets of Human Resources. You will support our HR team in daily operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and HR administration. This internship will provide you with practical, resume-building experience and a deep understanding of how an HR department functions in a fast-paced organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Support HR Manager with APAC team’s recruitment, including assisting with job postings on various career sites, screening incoming resumes, scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Assist in facilitating the new hire onboarding process and new hire paperwork
• Contribute to the execution of Employer Branding related activities
• Help maintain and update employee records in Workday
• Help manage internal communication channels, such as the company intranet or newsletter
• Participate in HR related projects and initiatives as required for development opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize and work independently to achieve defined goals
