Job Description
-
Deal with
complaints arising from transportation, collecting supporting info from
warehouse and mainly coordinate with French colleagues on investigation
and compensation;
-
Cross-functional
coordination, support HSE, CS, IC Teams from time to time, mainly on data
analysis of complaints, offering procurement docs ( COA, Customs
declaration sheet, COO);

Coordinate
logistics Dept. on goods delivery;

Contract
management for both direct and indirect purchasing (Reviewing and sort out;
purchasing docs in the initial stage according to internal requirements,
filing contracts and express to suppliers);

Coordinate
with teammates to maintain communication with suppliers for the contract
preparatory stage, asking for quotations and price comparison;

Solve
specific problems raised by IC with colleagues, make sure contract approval and signing progress;

Help to
communicate supplier due diligence report and financial report;

Support
whole purchasing team on routine affaires: around 20 team members:
BO/Addictive/MRO/Package/Customs Agency;

Support team
to do other works.
Candidate Profile
1.Good team player, strong communication and cross-functional coordination
skills are required;
2.
Influence both in written& oral English;
3. Working 4-5 days per week; more than 6 months internship period is
preferred;
4. Familiar with MS tools, Excellent data analysis skills;
5.
Detail oriented;
6. The internship is expected to start
from Dec., 2020
