Key Responsibilities The first round of checking for reimbursement vouchers; assist in the preparation of various corresponding reports and improve the filing of corresponding documents Assist in the scanning, filing and registration of accounting documents, contracts, confidentiality agreements. Assisting in the registration and sorting of project codes to assist managers in completing daily financial work Familiar with office software and financial software application is preferred. Requirements Good communication abilities Strong attention to details Hands-on and with ‘can do’ spirit Bachelor’s degree or above in finance and accounting, junior and senior students. 3-6 months internship, at least 3 days a week. Capable of multitasking, positive and optimistic attitude, pay attention to details. Open minded, and honest.
