Responsibilities:

l  Maintain Vehicle Part Partition Structure

l  Understand and Document key definitons in enterprise BOM

l  BOM quality check from completeness, logic perspective

l  Consolidate the business requirement and support BOM continuous improvement

l  Ensure a timely and accurate BOM is released from Product Development to the wider internal and external business, by communicating with engineers and interpreting/analyzing relevant documents;

l  Gain an in-depth knowledge of part variant configuration to ensure parts are correctly coded to support scheduling and build, working closely with Product Development Engineering to clarify spec issues;

l  Act as subject matter expert on internal BOM processes and tools, delivering training sessions and assisting engineers/managers on an ad-hoc basis with all BOM queries, participating in process improvement activities, and attending client BOM reviews;

l  Monitor general BOM quality and completeness throughout program and proactively address potential issues;

l  Organize and run internal BOM reviews ahead of customer freeze/build points to ensure BOM is of a high quality and aligns with engineering intent

l  Run error reports, missing data reports & alignment reports daily, co-ordinating with engineers to resolve errors and misalignments promptly

l  Provide reasonable process for urgent BOM management requirement

l  Support engineering data release.

Requirements:

l  Bachelor Degree/ Mechanical or Technical

l  Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin

l  General administration experience Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills

l  Knowledge of Teamcenter ,ENOVIA preferred.

l  Will be required to work in a fast paced culturally diverse environment

l  Must have team spirit, positive attitude and personal initiative
