Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
• Provide empathetic, efficient, and professional assistance services to clients. 为客户提供高效、专业且富有同理心的援助协调服务。
• Act as the first point of contact, ensuring all calls and requests are handled promptly and courteously. 作为客户及合作方的联络人,确保来电和请求得到及时、礼貌的处理。
• Collaborate with professional medical and security experts, liaise with global partners to deliver online medical and travel security consultation and assistance services. 与专业的医疗及安全专家合作,联络全球合作伙伴,为客户提供全天候的在线医疗与商旅安全咨询及援助服务。
• Work closely with the medical team and global assistance centers to ensure seamless support and communication. 与医疗团队及全球援助中心紧密合作,确保沟通顺畅、服务无缝衔接。
• Manage cases independently, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth handover, and timely updates to all stakeholders. 独立管理案例,确保记录准确、交接顺畅,并及时向相关方更新进展。
Requirements / 任职要求
• Bachelor's degree or above. 本科及以上学历。
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 具备出色的沟通、协调与问题解决能力。
• Strong service mindset, able to remain calm and professional under pressure. 具备良好的服务意识,能在高压环境中保持专业。
• Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. Cantonese is a plus.良好的中英文书写与口语能力,会粤语者优先。
• Experience in customer service, medical assistance, or insurance-related coordination work is an advantage. 有客户服务、医疗援助或保险相关协调经验者优先。
