【岗位职责】 1. 维护招聘渠道，及时更新并发布职位； 2. 通过各大招聘网站搜索简历，进行有效筛选，并对候选人进行电话面试； 3. 协助办理员工入职和离职手续； 4. 收集、扫描和保存员工档案； 5. 其他临时任务的支持和协助   【任职要求】 1. 拥有与人力资源相关的实习经验或专业背景，有外企实习或海外经验者优先； 2. 尽快入职，每周出勤3-4天，可长期实习者优先； 3. 具备良好的英语读写能力，通过CET-6的候选人优先； 4. 熟练操作各种办公软件，如word、excel等； 5. 良好的时间管理能力，有责任心，学习能力和适应能力强
