Job Summary

This role will be a member of the strategy & operations team, with the focus on the project and business development.

You will participate in a full project cycle which involves planning, process optimization, data analysis, cross-functional communication, and project management. You will have the chance to develop solid project planning and management skills working with top-tier AI talents in healthcare industry of China.

Job Description

· Assist in various provincial level projects in China

· Collect and analyze information from internal and external stakeholders for business decisions e.g. process re-engineering or communication excellence etc.

· Provide qualitative and quantitative data analysis, creative thinking, understandable and actionable recommendations to the project team

· Understand the business opportunities, strategies, and internal and external factors in order to recognize potential problems

Qualification

· College students major in public health, pharmacy, biotech or statistics

· Strong logics and analytical skills with business acumen

· Good presentation skills and project management skills

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to efficiently work with cross functional teams

· Fast learner with a “can-do” attitude

· Fluent in both English and Chinese
