Responsibilities:
1.Perform laboratory, pilot, and/or industrial tests for producing plant-based protein for food
2. Analyze the properties of the resulting protein
3.Optimize the process under the guidance of Biochemistry Research Manager.
4. Record all trial procedures and results including the analyses of the properties in company lab notebook and show to Biochemistry Research Manager once a week.
5. Submit a complete report at the end of the internship.
6.Follow and ensure strict safety procedures and safety checks.
Qualifications:
1. At least Bachelor Degree with Food Science and Biological Engineering, preferred Master Degree.
2. Proficient in written and oral English, positive to learn, careful and patient, good at communication.
3. At least 3 days a week is must.
