Position:  Sensory Evaluation Intern

Dept：Product Performance Evaluation

Number of interns : 2 Working days：1) 3+ days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) per week for 6 months; 2) work 5 days per week for 6 months Location：Jinqiao, Pudong New Area　 Responsibilities:

Take the role as assistant to expert panel activity with supervision of panel leader .

-    Assist in programming test session using Fizz

-    Prepare test samples ( refilling of test sample, labeling)

-    Monitor expert panel test in sensory booth

-    Test condition control (everyday data monitor/record of weather, test room temperature& humidity, water hardness/temperature, light etc)

-    Panelist attendance record management

-    Simple data analysis ( TBC depending on the candidate’s profile)

Requirements:

-       University student

-       Preferable majors are food/sensory science, sociology, chemistry

-       Be careful and intelligent

-       Proficiency in English
