Area of Practice: The work will be primarily focused on Cross-Border Investment and Financing. Job Description: 1.Legal research 2.Reviewing and drafting legal documents, legal opinions, etc. 3.Drafting papers for the marketing team 4.Participating in negotiations  5.Giving weekly English training 6.Other duties as required Requirements: 1.Received or currently earning a law degree 2.Fluent English (native speaker preferred) 3.Some Chinese language ability is a plus but not essential 4.Good skills in legal research and writing 5.Good communication skills 6.Willingness and ability to work independently on assignments Internship Length: 3 months (can be extended based on performance), starting on September 1st 2018 Internship Reimbursement: 140-160RMB/Workday
