SUMMARY

Under guidance, play an active R&D role to support R&D China IH SWB daily jobs and activities, to provide high quality R&D service to organisation with the leading of R&D Senior Associate.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

·         Responsible for supporting R&D China Innovation Hub activities between internal and external parties.

·         Leading and working with project team, exhibiting strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other team members across territories.

·         Ownership towards technical documentation search process within internal system and gap analysis identification.

·         Support and facilitate the document completion in the system.

·         Follow policies and confidentiality guideline to safeguard data and information.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

·         Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific discipline such as Chemistry / Engineering or sciences.

·         Fresh graduate of relevant industry experience / 1-2 years of experience in FMCG or relevant industry is preferred.

·         Good interpersonal and communication skills with good written and reading in both English and Chinese.
