职位描述
• Support customer relation management (CRM system) and escalation
• Support global customer ticket handling, analysis and after sales
• Support IoT(Internet of Thing) and I4.0(Industry 4.0) projects management
• Support on IT system ticket information collection and consolidation
• Telephone follow up for critical ticket validation
• Work on innovation method for BOSCH operation and support
任职要求
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools like excel, work, PowerPoint.
• A good spoken and written command of English and Chinese.
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Proactive, fast leaner and able to work independently with high efficiency.
• Able to work at least 3 days a week for 6 months.
