【岗位职责】
负责实施玛氏全球食品安全中心真菌毒素风险管理项目的数据分析以及预测模型建立。
1. 协助搭建并优化预测模型,包括但不限于时间序列、回归模型、分类模型等。
2. 基于业务需求进行数据预处理、特征工程、模型实验、效果评估等工作。
3. 能独立编写模型开发相关代码,包括数据清洗、建模、自动化流程等。
4. 使用主流 AI 开发工具进行模型构建、实验与加速研发流程。
5. 输出技术文档、实验报告,并与团队协作推动模型上线或落地。
Responsible for the data analysis and predictive model establish for mycotoxin risk management program in Mars Global Food Safety Center.
1. Assist in building and optimizing predictive models, including time-series forecasting, regression models, classification models, and more.
2. Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, model experimentation, and performance evaluation based on business needs.
3. Independently write clean, efficient code for data cleaning, modeling, and workflow automation.
4. Utilize mainstream AI tools to accelerate model development and experimentation.
5. Prepare technical documentation and experiment reports and collaborate with the team to support model deployment and implementation.
【任职要求】
1. 计算机、数学、统计、人工智能等相关专业本科或研究生在读,能熟练掌握常见统计分析方法及其运用场景,拥有扎实的 Python 基础,熟练使用至少一种数据/建模相关库;能够独立编写实验代码,熟练使用 Git 进行版本管理。
2. 对机器学习基础概念(特征工程、模型选择、交叉验证、评价指标等)有清晰理解;具备 AI tools 使用经验:如大模型 Prompt Engineering、Copilot/ChatGPT 开发辅助、AutoML 工具、模型部署工具等。
3. 具备扎实的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力;能够独立完成数据收集、处理和分析工作;
4. 良好的英语口语,阅读和写作能力;
5. 有较强的学习能力和适应能力,对重复性工作有高度的耐心和细心。
1. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Proficient in common statistical analysis methods, their application scenarios, and related software. Strong Python skills, with experience using at least one major data or ML library. Ability to independently write and manage code; familiarity with Git version control.
2. Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals (feature engineering, model selection, cross-validation, evaluation metrics). Experience using AI tools, such as large language models, Copilot/ChatGPT for development assistance, AutoML tools, or model deployment platforms.
3. Solid capability of data analysis and logical thinking. Capable of independently completing data collection, processing and analysis.

5. Excellent learning ability and adaptability. Highly patient and meticulous with repetitive work.
