Job Description:
Communicate with customers and answer enquiries
Coordinate with other teams to deliver timely services
Manage customers’ information and related claims, submit contents to headquarters in time as well
Provide ideas in improving service standards and contribute in service management
Must be excellent in English communication, and foreigners are acceptable
