Roles and Responsibilities：

Sales Invoice handling:

-        Invoice matching in customer FIN system in time

-        Payback tracking and follow-up

Customer monthly production information collection (raw data input and slides):

-        Cummins China OHW analysis

-        BFCEC OEM monthly production analysis

-        Monthly customer production report

-        Customer stock  daily tracking

Meeting support/preparation for Customer visit;

Support/preparation for department business trip;

SCS internal logistic for PM’ daily project management;

Other daily tasks from mentor

Qualifications Requirement：

-        Cooperative, Diligent, Goal-oriented, Hardworking

-        Good communication and presentation skill

-        Good English in speaking and writing

-        Good Computer skills, esp. in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc).
