职位描述

Applies basic knowledge of engineering principle and practice to assigned technical tasks. Assists in pre sales support by delivering technical proposal and other technical action. Conducts on the other assigned job such as customer request including pre sales and after market support acting as an liaison between customer and factory. Helps customer select the proper product and assist in the proper installation by following the IQA process. Make sure application of all Cummins products properly. Also will support factory to optimize product performance and reduce the cost to help customer to achieve more success.

 

能将工程原理和实践的基本知识应用于所分配的技术任务。通过提供技术建议和其他技术相关工作,协助售前支持。能够胜任其他分配的工作,例如作为客户和工厂之间的联络人,满足客户对于售前和售后市场支持的要求。帮助客户选择合适的产品并遵循IQA流程协助客户完成正确的安装。确保所有康明斯产品得到正确的使用。还将支持工厂优化产品性能,降低成本,帮助客户取得更大的成功。

 

Key responsibilities:

主要职责:

Ÿ Support CPGC VPI project work, G-Drive and Genset products selection, IQA work.

  支持武汉工厂 VPI工作、发动机和发电机组选型,此外还负责发动机安装质量保证评审。

Ÿ Support CCEC, BFCEC G-Drive products VPI projects.

  支持重庆康明斯、福田康明斯发电用发动机 VPI工作。

Ÿ Create spec, spec manual.

  创建规格和接口手册。

Ÿ Modify the engine installation drawing to match the spec.

  根据规格修改发动机安装图。

Ÿ Tracking CEAF notes, supply G-Drive products updating training.

  跟踪CEAF通告,提供发动机更改培训。

Ÿ Adjust the software of the G-Drive products to meet customer’s performance requirement.

  调整发动机软件,满足客户性能要求。

▪ Submit VPCR to modify the G-Drive products to meet the customer’s requirement.

  提交VPCR申请,修改发动机,满足客户要求。

Ÿ Present with product character to help customer comprehensively understand Cummins product and effectively influence the consultant and customer;

介绍产品特点,帮助客户全面了解康明斯产品,有效影响设计师及客户。

Ÿ Be familiar with the genset product and be able to help customer on selecting correct product, can be effectively to show customer with proposed solution for project sales.

   熟悉发电机组产品,帮助客户选择正确产品,为销售提供有效解决方案。

Ÿ Provide the regularly support for pre sales support including reply customer’s question and bidding document working;

为售前工作提供常规技术支持,包括回复客户问题和准备投标文件。

Ÿ By conducting the onsite system commissioning and IQA test to help dealer AE develop quickly

通过指导现场调试和IQA测试,帮助经销商AE快速成长。

Ÿ Support to application related onsite issue solving;

支持现场应用相关问题的解决。

Ÿ Offer the training to dealer AE;

对经销商AE进行培训

 

 

QUALIFICATION:

资质要求:

 (List the education/training, experiences, culture/language and other skills/ competencies required for the position.)中英文对译

 

1.    Master degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Engine majority is preferred

研究生学历,机械或电气工程专业,发动机专业优先。

2.    Fluent in English writing and speaking.

英语读写流利。

3.    Has strong capability to learn and can endure with pressure, can be capable to solve the problem faced.

具有较强的学习能力和抗压能力,能够解决所面临的问题。

4.    Can be effectively to show customer with proposed solution for project sales with strong Communication skill;

具有较强的沟通能力,针对销售项目可以有效地向客户说明解决方案;

5.    Can Manage customer relationships properly,has basic understanding of techniques and tools to enhance productivity (i.e schedule, appointments calls plan etc.). Has a basic understanding of attitudes and behaviors to establish relationships and build trust. Understands the need to and respond with the appropriate time frame and customer needs.

可以有效管理客户关系,对提高工作效率的技术和工具有基本的了解 (例如日程安排、预约电话计划等)。对如何建立关系和建立信任的态度和行为有基本的了解。理解并及时响应客户的需求。
