RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support Sensing characteristic design, PCBA level design& Integration and test.
• Ensure sensing system is characterized across a host of environments.
• Support system validation teams in developing electrical and software test plans.
• Use field data to improve design and performance of the sensor.
As a sensor team intern, one must be able to:
• Support overall functional and performance readiness of the sensing system and its features at any point in the product life cycle.
• Serve as the owner of a given sensing system and central point-of-contact for any issues for a dedicated programs.
• Understand and highlight impacts of electrical, software, or process changes.
• Understand and debug hardware and software interactions during design, launch, and deployment.
• Understand system performance constraints and its capability to support postproduction features.
• Manage priorities and support a host of projects simultaneously.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Master or Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical&Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Sensor Design or related field.
• Strong electrical and embedded systems fundamentals.
• Hands-on technical internship experience debugging complex subsystems involving network microprocessors and software-controlled electrical or electromechanical devices.
• Comfortable analyzing data as well as developing analytical tools.
• Experience in using MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Simulink or equivalent tools for modeling and analysis.
• Proficient in data visualization and statistical analysis.
• Understanding of hardware and software development process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Open to new issues, willing to take challenges.
