职位要求：

 • 工商管理、分析学、财务、会计、信息系统或信息技术专业学士或者硕士

 • 熟练的英语口语及书写能力

 • 了解核心商务智能/数据仓库技术：RDBMS, Web, Client/ Server, OLAP等

 • 善于逻辑分析，解决问题

 • 以流程为导向，注重细节的能力；

 • 良好的团队合作能力。

 • 有进取心、积极主动、客户导向并注重结果 

Job Description:

 As a QA Analyst, responsible for the end to end testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting of Enterprise Analytics platform, clients and mobile software applications. You will play a key role in testing some of the most complex Analytics applications, in a variety of form factors. You are curious, have a strong focus on the end user. Our teams work on the most challenging problems, and apply their critical thinking skills, in combination with their expert knowledge of the MicroStrategy platform, to develop solutions for customer and improve the quality and influence the direction of MicroStrategy’s Enterprise Platform. 

Qualifications:

 • Bachelor or above degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Financial, Accounting Information Systems or Information Technology 

 • Understanding of core Business Intelligence/ Data warehousing technology: RDBMS, Web, Client/ Server, OLAP, etc. 

 • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

 • Strong and creative analytical and problem-solving skills

 • Process oriented and ability to pay close attention to detail

 • Team and cooperation spirit

 • Self-driven, motivated, customer-focus and results oriented
