HR Intern人力资源部实习生 Job Objective工作目标:
Support on HR activities including recruiting, training, C&B, internal communication, etc. Develop the employee communications channel and messages, promote the employee’ satisfaction and engagement.
Job Responsibilities工作职责:
1. Handle the recruitment administrative as well as intern hiring, including phone interview, set up meeting room for interview etc.
2. Manage the recruitment data, and complete the daily database for report.
3. Support to promote engaging two-way communications between employees and company, including weekly HR board news, monthly newsletter, publications, etc.
4. Complete other projects/tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirements工作要求:
1. Can work at least last for 3 months, 3 days per week.
2. Education: Bachelor Degree or above. Major in HR preferred.
3. Language: Proficient in oral and written English, CET-4 or above.
4. Good listening, communication and networking skills
5. Good team player
6. Openness & awareness of cultural differences
7. Result focus and customer focus
Location: Minhang, Shanghai (shuttle bus provided)
