1.Draft, review and translation of various business contracts;

2.Conduct legal research and analysis;

3.Filing management and administrative assistance to Legal Department;

Qualifications

1.Major in Law, preferable Master degree (Universities in Shanghai is preferred);

2.Qualified from National Judicial Examination and with internship experience in law firm is preferred.; 

3.Excellent English capacity, preferably with translation experience;

4.Strong sense of responsibility and detail oriented.
