Job Objective: Assistance for the developing new products, benchmarking and technical support for business growth. 协助开展研发项目，研发新产品；为业务发展提供技术支持。

Job Responsibilities: 1. Support in setting up thermal devices and electronic lab competency, draw down test method and synchronize global lab standard. 支持实验室热力学设备的搭建和电气设备其他能力的开发，保持与全球其他R&D 同步. 2.  Reduce downtime and additional costs for laboratory equipment.  减少停机时间并减少实验室设备的额外成本 3.  Sample delivery, new equipment/tools/raw material purchase and management. 样品寄送，设备工具原料的采购和管理 4. Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnels individual EHS responsibilities listed in EHS Responsibilities Management Program.  遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。

Job Requirements:   College or Bachelor Degree, 大专或本科学历  Major in Power Engineering，Mechanical engineering，Electrical engineering or Mechatronics/动力工程，机械工程，电气工程或机电一体化专业。  Basic English in both written and spoken基本的英语听说读写能力  Open and flexible minded, initiative, efficiency, ability to become autonomous, curious.思路开阔灵活，有效率，有自制力。
