Key Responsibilities

- Support partners/consultants to dive deep into industrial markets, identify target companies as clients as well as qualified candidates   

- Search/identify contact information of potential candidates and approach accordingly 

- Prepare shortlists for partners/consultants 

- Coordinate online/offline interviews or meetings for partners/consultants 

Main Requirements

- Native speaker of Mandarin 

- Fluent in English (both written and oral) is preferred

- Bachelor degree or above 

- Smart and hardworking 

- Proven multi-tasker, who is able to balance both mundane and high-pressure & challenging working responsibilities 

- Enjoy communicating and building medium-to-long term relationships with people
