· Closely work with internal and external partners to support online sales operations · Assist to audit the assets of Tmall flagship, include media materials, product page, products detail translation check, consumer communication contents. Etc. · Assist to manage/control products deliveries in e-commerce warehouse to ensure deliveries, and assist to responsible for EC channels inventory management. · Assist to sample management, help to the TikTok KOL & own stores sample shipment and return. · Assist to responsible for payment general process and EC top up with finance and operation teams · Proficiency on Excel · At least 3-4 working days per week
